Role Description:
The Credit and Collection Officer will be responsible in handling collection calls, addressing customer issues, and working closely with sales for effective collections. You’ll monitor accounts actively, communicate promptly with the sales department, and maintain positive relationships with dealers and sales to support our goal-oriented collections.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Business Management – Financial Mng’t or any related field
- With 2 to 3 years work related experience
- Experience in Accounting Software (e.g. Lotus Note, SAP Hana/SAP B1, Oracle)
- Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas)
